Depositions are being taken all over the country, and around the world, in alleged accounting fraud cases involving Enron, WorldCom, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and others.  The cases are document intense and the testimony concerning the documents focuses on strict interpretations and definitions of language within them.  When the parties arrive in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland to take depositions, we are among the court reporting firms called upon to assist.
